I made this just because ...

When I made it , it was just some chara I made up but when I was painted I made him blond ( I'm having a blond guys month ) so my sister comes in and says it's Justin Law -_- just cause it's hearing music ,it has the Shinigami mask on the t-shirt (I just like it), and cause it's blond and it has blues eyes ( Hello every blond person I know has blond eyes, of course there are some that have green but it's mostly blue) ... So I decided to make that chara into Justin Law
